🌿 CHAPTER 13 — What I Wish Someone Had Told Me

A few things I’ve learned:

  • You won’t always feel as lost as you do now.

  • You did your best, even on the days you think you didn’t.

  • Grief is not a straight line.

  • Loneliness after caring is normal.

  • It takes time to find yourself again.

  • Ask for help—more than you think you should.

  • You deserve moments of happiness.

  • Love doesn’t end with memory.

  • Your life is still unfolding.

This isn’t the end of your story.

It is the beginning of a different chapter.

I hope mine helps you write yours with a little more companionship.
